Frequently asked questions
I think one of the most important things I've ever said to anyone is this: "Everything is exactly as deep as you let it be." If you imagine things are "not that deep," you restrict yourself to a very surface level way of thinking in which you will never come up with anything interesting to say. You need to stop doubting yourself. Perhaps you'll see something, and think, "Maybe something else is going on here..." but then you stop yourself, because "no, that's silly that's just what it is." The truth is you're probably right the second time. There probably is nothing deeper than the surface level there. So, make it up. All yourself to imagine, pretend, lie to yourself, if you must. Some works of fiction hold the greatest truths humanity has ever witnessed.
With this in mind, and a severely unhealthy dose of overthinking, perhaps you can think more like I do. If that's really what you want.
Seldom, I'll post a video performing another person's work, be it a song, poem, short story, etc, but this will always be disclosed as clearly as possible in the video and caption. All other pieces I recite are my own work.
Microphone.
One time when I was fifteen or so, I casually asked a girl if she wanted to go see the movie "Mr. Peabody and Sherman" in theaters with me. She casually agreed. Both of our dads came with us and watched the movie with us. I believe I shook her hand when I said goodbye. This is the closest I have ever gotten to going on a date with someone.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Who said I've never been in love? I've never felt a love which has been reciprocated, sure, but I've loved people before. I still love people. I'll always love people, whether they love me back or not.
You're not.
It'll pass.
